Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the freight forwarding sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to meet individual and team goals. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight forwarding services. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, international shipping regulations, and logistics documentation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
