We're looking for a Senior Meta Ads Expert to manage and grow campaigns for service-based and e-commerce businesses.
We’re looking for someone who can:- Build and manage Meta Ads strategies from scratch- Handle lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses- Audit underperforming accounts and identify what is actually holding performance back- Improve lead quality, not just lead volume- Analyse funnels, landing pages, offers, creatives, and account structure to find growth opportunities- Test strategically and make decisions based on data, not guesses- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency- Report clearly and communicate professionally in English
Requirements:- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads- Proven results in lead generation- Excellent written English is a must. Good spoken English would be a huge plus- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
