Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Online Senior ESL Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to learners using online platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing personalized support, and fostering a dynamic and interactive virtual learning environment. Collaboration with team members to enhance the curriculum and maintain high teaching standards is also expected.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English Teaching, with experience in Teaching English as a Foreign Language Background in Education, including Teaching and course development Expertise in Teaching English as a Second Language, with an understanding of diverse learner needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage students in a remote learning environment Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field; TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification preferred Experience with online teaching platforms and digital education tools Proven ability to create an interactive and supportive virtual classroom Flexibility to teach across time zones, particularly in the Middle East region
