Flairs Tech is hiring for the first batch of a new Home Services account. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with strong upselling skills to be part of the launch team and play a key role in building a high-performing operation from day one. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with home service requests, bookings, and service details. Identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell relevant services and packages. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability. Handle objections and convert inquiries into successful sales. Follow up on leads and pending cases to maximize conversions. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Achieve KPIs related to sales, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements English Level: C1 (Fluent) Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call center roles Proven ability in upselling and sales Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
