Activations & Third-Party Partners
• Plan and execute brand events and activations.
• Coordinate with agencies and third-party partners.
• Manage timelines, logistics, and execution.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Evaluate partner performance and cost efficiency.
Brand Ambassadors Supervision:
• Recruit, train, and supervise brand ambassadors.
• Plan ambassador schedules and field locations.
• Ensure ambassadors achieve daily targets.
• Conduct field visits to monitor performance.
• Provide on-site coaching and motivation.
• Collect and validate daily reports.
• Share performance insights with management.
Market Visits & Feedback
• Conduct regular market visits in assigned areas.
• Check product availability in stores.
• Monitor shelf visibility, displays, and pricing.
• Identify out-of-stock and low-visibility issues.
• Collect retailer and consumer feedback.
• Report insights into sales and marketing teams.
