Job Details

Main Responsibilities:- 

  • Receive and review hiring requests in line with actual needs
  • Participate in job fairs and promote the company as an attractive employer
  • Post job vacancies on different platforms, screen CVs, and shortlist candidates
  • Contact candidates and arrange interview schedules
  • Coordinate with department heads to schedule and conduct technical interviews
  • Support employee surveys and implement monthly and quarterly engagement programs
  • Follow up on the training plan and collect training evaluation feedback
  • Notify employees about training schedules and ensure attendance
  • Update all training data on the HR system
  • Implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Manage employee benefits (e.g., medical insurance) and ensure employees understand how to use them
  • Conduct exit interviews and submit monthly reports to the HR Manager
