As an HR Recruiter (Driver Recruiter), you will be responsible for finding, vetting, and onboarding qualified CDL drivers. Your goal is to build a reliable fleet by managing the full hiring process and ensuring all candidates meet our safety and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and contact potential drivers through job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for our fleet’s specific routes.
- Vetting & Compliance: Coordinate the collection of MVRs, background checks, and drug screenings to ensure alignment with DOT and FMCSA regulations (training provided).
- Offer Negotiation: Clearly explain pay scales, benefits, and home-time expectations to secure driver commitments.
- Administrative Management: Maintain accurate candidate records within our tracking systems and manage the onboarding paperwork process.
