 Job Offer – Customer Service Representative

Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo

 

Requirements:

Graduates

English level: start from B2

Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service.

Strong communication & persuasion skills.

Computer literacy & ability to handle systems efficiently.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions professionally.

Promote and sell company products/services.

Understand customer needs and close sales.

Provide accurate information and solutions.

Deliver an excellent customer experience.

Work Conditions:

Working hours: Rotational (9 hours including break)

Days off: 2 days per week

Contract: Fixed
