- Support performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, performance reviews).
- Assist in designing and implementing training and development programs.
- Participate in organizational structure design and job descriptions development.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and culture development.
- Contribute to succession planning and talent development programs.
