Role Description This full-time, on-site Property Advisor role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing expert guidance and personalized property solutions to clients, managing and maintaining relationships, and assisting clients with property investments. Day-to-day tasks include property research, overseeing transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and advising clients on financial implications and investment opportunities aligned with their goals and preferences.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Experience in Property Management and understanding of real estate markets Knowledge of Investments and Finance related to property dealings Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets in a dynamic environment Proficiency in market research and analytical tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field Prior experience in the real estate or brokerage industry is advantageous
