Role Description We are seeking a full-time Technical Support Customer Service Agent to join our team on-site in Cairo. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls and emails, resolving technical concerns, guiding users through solutions, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Agents are expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in Customer Experience management and ensuring a positive interaction at every touchpoint Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying solution-oriented Proficiency in using customer support tools and technology (is a plus) Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or technical fields are advantageous
