Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Delivery Manager, based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Software Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project scopes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing project roadmaps, and monitoring progress and performance. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project statuses.
Qualifications Must be Alexandria resident or open to re-allocate. Strong Program Management and Team Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee software delivery projects and lead diverse teams towards successful outcomes. Technical backgroud experience in .net Excellent Communication and Consulting abilities to understand stakeholder requirements, provide effective updates, and ensure alignment across teams. Proficient Analytical Skills required to identify challenges, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Proven experience in managing software or technology projects in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in project or program management are a plus.
