Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Client Onboarding Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the onboarding process for new clients, facilitating smooth transitions, and acting as the primary point of contact during the initial stages of client relationships. The role involves guiding clients through required documentation, addressing any queries about services, fostering strong relationships, and gathering feedback to enhance client experience.
Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive client relationships Proficiency in Customer and Client Onboarding processes Analytical Skills for assessing clients' needs and ensuring optimal service delivery Excellent Communication skills in English and Arabic to effectively interact with diverse clients Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Prior experience in real estate or client-facing roles is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM tools and technology is highly desirable
