Euro Motors Hub is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our online marketing campaigns.
This is a performance-driven role, not just content posting. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate leads, reduce cost per lead, and improve conversion rates.
The role is fully on-site at our office in Maadi.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Generate qualified leads with strong cost efficiency
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Improve conversion rates through testing (creatives, copies, targeting)
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality
- Retarget and nurture leads to increase closing rates
- Suggest creative ideas and marketing angles based on data
- Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns
Work Conditions:
- On-site (Maadi office)
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Off
- Work is conducted fully from the office with direct team collaboration
