???? About the Role

We are looking for a remote Agricultural Engineer based in Egypt to handle incoming leads from agricultural advisory campaigns, provide technical guidance, and convert inquiries into sales.

This role combines agriculture expertise + sales skills.

???? Key Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming leads (Whats App, calls, chat)
• Understand and diagnose customer agricultural issues
• Provide clear and simple technical advice
• Recommend suitable products (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, etc.)
• Convert leads into purchase orders
• Follow up until closing deals
• Update CRM and track leads
• Submit daily/weekly reports

• Number of closed deals
• Monthly sales value
• Follow-up consistency

✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
• Strong knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and crop nutrition
• Ability to diagnose plant/agriculture issues
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Stable internet connection & commitment
• Experience with Gulf market is a plus
