Role Overview:As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will organize and direct daily workflows across the centralized warehouse and distribution facility, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, inventory, and distribution of stock • Manage warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager • Assign tasks and monitor team performance • Ensure proper inventory control and packaging processes • Support the implementation of warehouse security procedures • Investigate stock discrepancies, damages, and shipment issues, and follow up with vendors • Oversee document flow between warehouse and other departments Requirements: • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) • Fluency in English • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Key Competencies: • Attention to Detail • Initiative • Adaptability • Customer Focus • Results-driven mindset
