Job Details

Responsibilities:• Provide second-level support to store agents• Handle escalated cases from first-line customer service• Assist agents in resolving customer issues efficiently• Follow up on pending cases until resolution• Coordinate with different departments when needed• Maintain accurate records of cases and actions taken
Requirements:• Previous customer service or back office experience is a plus• Good communication skills• Problem-solving abilities• Ability to work under pressure• Good English level• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
