Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales professional based in New Cairo. The Junior Sales team member will support sales efforts by conducting client prospecting, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies. Responsibilities include presenting financial solutions, handling inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Additionally, the role includes participating in sales training to develop expertise and grow within the firm.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in Sales techniques and a results-driven mindset Ability to participate in and benefit from ongoing Training programs Basic knowledge of Sales Management principles is advantageous but not mandatory Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
