Role Description The Business Development Engineer will drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and managing client portfolios. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role will also involve developing sales strategies, creating presentations, and representing ECS in client meetings and industry events. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility to work partly from home.
Qualifications Strong Business Development and New Business Development skills to identify and expand opportunities HVAC background and experience is prefrable Proven expertise in Sales and Communication to establish and nurture client relationships Robust Analytical Skills to assess market data, trends, and client requirements effectively Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in presenting technical solutions and commercial proposals Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieve business goals Experience working in the energy, contracting, or engineering sectors is a plus Willingness to work in a hybrid setting, with the ability to work from Qesm El Maadi and some remote flexibility
