Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent, based in Cairo. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will assist clients in identifying and purchasing properties by understanding their needs and presenting a range of options. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building client relationships, managing property showings, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about market trends and real estate developments. Attention to customer service and achieving sales targets will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Real Estate Sales and Real Estate industry trends Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one Strong skills in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management Experience in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Cairo with a proactive and results-driven approach Willingness to learn and participate in training programs Flexibility, persistence, and ability to handle client inquiries effectively
