Teleperformance Egypt is hiring fluent English speakers (C1 level) for Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time on-site position in Tagamoaa, New Cairo, assisting customers and ensuring excellent service.
What You’ll Do (Training Provided) Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally Assist with billing questions and basic technical support Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem solving
