We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Proposals Engineer to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in the tendering process, supporting the development of high-quality technical and commercial proposals that secure strategic projects in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:- Review, analyze, and interpret tender documents, ensuring proper coordination with all concerned internal departments.- Analyze the scope of work, project requirements, schedules, and resource needs to ensure alignment with company capabilities.- Manage the full proposal lifecycle—from tender receipt to final submission and award notification.- Coordinate and validate technical and commercial inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams.- Prepare technical qualifications, clarifications, and responses to client and subcontractor inquiries.- Develop complete technical and commercial proposal packages aligned with tender requirements.- Prepare preliminary project schedules, cost estimates, and cash flow charts as part of bid submissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline).- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals/bids within Oil & Gas or Power Generation.- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract terms.- Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
