Role Description

The Senior MEP BIM Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. In this role, you will oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsibilities include coordinating with architectural and engineering teams, ensuring model accuracy, leading BIM workflows, and assisting in project management tasks. You will also collaborate with team members to address project challenges, improve efficiency, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Expertise in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and related coordination Strong understanding of Architecture and its integration with MEP systems Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, resource management, and communication Proficiency with relevant BIM software tools such as Auto CAD MEP, Revit, and Navisworks Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a leadership role in BIM and MEP projects is a plus
