Position: Bilingual Technical Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:Analyze and assess client readiness for software upgrades. Perform software upgrade installations. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of support when necessary. Document all customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system. Collect data on recurring issues and maintain support documentation to facilitate resolutions.
Qualifications:Excellent French verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computer tools. Professional attitude, discretion, and strong team collaboration skills.
