???? About the Role We’re looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Creative Production Specialist to join our team. This role is at the intersection of creative production and artificial intelligence, where you will help us redefine how ads and visual content are produced using cutting-edge AI tools.
???? Key Responsibilities
-Enhance live footage using AI tools (lighting, color grading, background removal)-Apply AI-driven VFX and visual enhancements-Integrate AI-generated 3D & motion elements into real footage-Upscale content to 4K/8K using AI tools-Build end-to-end production pipelines (from brief to final delivery)-Generate storyboards and visual concepts using AI-Create AI-generated sound effects and voiceovers-Produce multi-format ads (Social / TV / Digital)-Support cinematic projects with AI-enhanced visuals-Apply AI-based color grading and style simulation-Automate post-production processes (editing, transcription)-Generate mood boards and visual references using AI-Build and manage a digital asset library (templates, VFX elements, brand kits)-Train team members on AI tools and best practices-Explore and test new AI tools for creative production-Reduce post-production time by at least 40%
???? Requirements
-3+ years in creative production / post-production-Strong experience with After Effects / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve-Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway ML / Pika / Sora / -Cap Cut AI / Adobe Firefly / Eleven Labs-Solid understanding of VFX / Motion Graphics / Cinematic production-Strong visual taste and storytelling ability-Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
