Key Responsibilities
Field Engagement & Outreach:
- Conduct visits to schools and educational institutions to present the company’s products and services.
- Perform outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce services and schedule physical meetings.
Product Expertise & Demonstration:
- Deliver engaging demonstrations of educational solutions, highlighting benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product lineup to effectively address specific customer needs.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Execute the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing actual contracts.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as building rapport and overcoming objections, to maximize conversion rates.
Relationship & Performance Management:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to drive company profitability.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
Reporting & Administration:
- Record all interactions, customer details, and sales progress in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports regarding site visits, market feedback, and sales opportunities.
Brand Alignment:
- Adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and procedures to ensure consistent branding and professional service
