Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Recruitment Supervisor with solid experience in manufacturing and blue-collar hiring. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, ensure timely and efficient hiring of high-volume workforce while maintaining quality standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and operational roles within manufacturing sites.
- Lead and supervise daily recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for mass hiring (e.g., job fairs, walk-ins, referrals, agencies).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled labor.
- Partner closely with plant managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements in line with production demands.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/line interviews.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
