Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Recruitment Supervisor with solid experience in manufacturing and blue-collar hiring. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, ensure timely and efficient hiring of high-volume workforce while maintaining quality standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and operational roles within manufacturing sites.
• Lead and supervise daily recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for mass hiring (e.g., job fairs, walk-ins, referrals, agencies).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled labor.
• Partner closely with plant managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements in line with production demands.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/line interviews.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
