Job Details

  •  Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objective
  •  Analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, KPIs, and provide actionable insights for improvements
  • Plan and execute marketing events and conferences 
  • Coordinate content publishing across platforms (social media, email, website) 
  • Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and meet quality standards 
  • Track campaign performance using defined KPIs (leads, engagement, conversions, ROI) 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports 
  • Highlight performance gaps and suggest improvements 
  • Collect and analyze basic market data (competitors, trends, customer behavior) 
  • Support decision-making with relevant insights 
  • Act as the main coordination point with external marketing agencies 
  • Share briefs, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met 
  • Review agency outputs (designs, content, campaigns) for brand alignment 
  • Escalate delays or quality issues to the Marketing Manager 
  • Maintain organized documentation of all agency deliverables
