About the role
We are looking for a driven and analytical Digitisation Lead to own and advance the technology transformation agenda across Ghalioungui Trading. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and data — with a mandate to assess where we are, build what we need, and continuously improve how we work across the entire company.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate all digitisation and technology projects across the company — from scoping to delivery
- Audit, evaluate, and enhance existing systems and processes — identifying inefficiencies and proposing pragmatic improvements across all business functions
- Build and maintain a data infrastructure that enables better decision-making across teams and leadership
- Develop and track project roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs — keeping stakeholders aligned and delivery on track
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to implement digital solutions that fit operational realities
- Report directly to the Managing Partner with clear updates, prioritisation recommendations, and risk flags
