We are looking for an Odoo Implementer (Accounting-Focused) to support our digital transformation projects. In this role, you will help translate finance workflows into Odoo setups, support configuration, assist with user onboarding, and ensure smooth post go-live support. If you’re an accountant who has worked on Odoo and you enjoy training users and improving processes, this is a strong step into implementation. Gather and document business requirements, mainly for finance/accounting workflows. Support Odoo implementation activities including functional configuration and process mapping. Assist with user onboarding and deliver basic training sessions and user guides. Support UAT, go-live preparation, and post go-live functional support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment and adoption. Track issues, follow up on resolutions, and suggest improvements to enhance system usage and efficiency. Maintain implementation documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Required Qualifications:Accounting background with hands-on experience using Odoo (Accounting/Finance module is a strong plus).1–2 years of experience in ERP/Odoo functional support, implementation exposure, or a similar role. Basic experience in delivering training/onboarding (even small exposure is acceptable). Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred). Very good to excellent English.
