Connectalents, a leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring a Gym Branch Manager for a fast-growing fitness organization with multiple ladies only branches across Cairo. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with experience managing teams and achieving ambitious sales targets
Key Responsibilities Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling Manage and develop sales team KPIs & performance Lead fitness team to achieve PT revenue targets Oversee full branch operations (front desk, hygiene, service quality) Handle customer issues and ensure satisfaction Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability Requirements5 years experience in Customer Service and Sales Minimum 3 years in Customer Service Experience managing sales teams and achieving growth targets Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Required Industry Background Candidates must have experience in one of the following industries:Preferably Fitness Field Pharmaceutical Fieldpharmaceutical companies Telecom Branch Management Educational Centers Management
