For a leading & reputable travel agency in Heliopolis, Cairo, we are looking for a motivated CRM Business Manager to join the Customer Relationship Management department. Reporting to the "CRM Division Manager", the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting business growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients.• Handle new sales referrals and support business development activities.• Cross-sell products and enhance client engagement.• Implement and onboard new accounts.• Address client financial issues and support debt recovery when needed.• Act as a point of contact for client concerns and resolve complaints efficiently.• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to meet client needs.• Monitor service performance and ensure SLA compliance.• Prepare and track weekly and monthly reports.• Maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key customers.
