Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will guide clients through the property buying and selling process, assist with property management, provide expert advice on real estate investments, and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, presenting property options, coordinating viewings, analyzing market trends, and maintaining relationships with developers and buyers.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Expertise in Property Management and Investments, with a solid understanding of the real estate market Basic knowledge of Finance to support client decision-making on real estate transactions Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with the Egyptian property market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred Fluency in both English and Arabic is an asset
