Role Mission Ensure successful adoption, engagement, and expansion of Educatly’s Journey to Purpose (JTP) across partner schools and universities; maximizing impact, retention, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for turning signed partners into active, successful, long-term customers. Note: That role is strategic, not operational.
What You’ll Be Owning:
???? Partner Onboarding & Activation Lead onboarding for schools, universities, and stakeholders Run kickoff meetings & implementation plans Align on goals, timelines, and success metrics Goal: Fast and effective activation
???? Adoption & Engagement Drive consistent student usage Build monthly engagement plans Monitor usage & lead re-engagement initiatives Goal: High and sustained adoption
???? Partner Success Strategy Integrate JTP into school programs, counseling, and career guidance Position the product as essential, not optional
???? Relationship Management Own relationships with school leadership, counselors, and educators Build strong, long-term partnerships
???? Expansion & Revenue Growth Identify upsell opportunities (more students, programs, schools) Drive growth from existing partners This is a revenue-impacting role
???? Product & Feedback Loop Gather insights from schools and students Work closely with Product & Content teams
???? Impact Measurement Track adoption, engagement, and outcomes Build reports and success stories Goal: Demonstrate real value
