Role Description
The English Sales Account (Wave 3) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sheikh Zayed City. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, providing high-quality service, supporting sales initiatives, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves building and maintaining professional relationships, effectively communicating solutions, managing issues, and aligning with team objectives to meet performance metrics.
Qualifications
Proficient in English with skills in English Teaching, Communication, and Translation Strong Customer Service experience, with a focus on building positive client interactions Experience in Training and mentoring team members or customers Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
