Flairs Tech is hiring a Customer Service Representative with strong upselling skills to join our Home Services account. This role combines customer support with sales, focusing on delivering excellent service while maximizing revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with home service bookings, inquiries, and requests. Identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell relevant services and packages. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability. Handle objections and convert inquiries into successful sales. Follow up on leads and pending cases to increase conversion rates. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Meet KPIs related to sales, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements English Level: C1 (Fluent) Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call center roles Proven experience in upselling or sales Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in home services, real estate, or service-based industries Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
