Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing guidance on pricing and market conditions, and identifying potential real estate opportunities. The role also involves hosting property viewings, negotiating successfully between buyers and sellers, and building long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License Familiarity with Real Estate principles, Real Property regulations, and market trends Strong Customer Service and communication skills Proven success in Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management Proficiency in relevant real estate tools and platforms Ability to work onsite in Cairo and travel locally as needed High level of organization, time management skills, and a results-driven mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is an advantage Previous experience in the real estate market in Egypt is a plus
