? We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (Oil & Gas / Energy)

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt — a leading player in the energy sector with operations across the UAE, Qatar, Libya, and Africa.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving impactful people initiatives across key business units.

? What You’ll Do:

? Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, workforce planning, and organizational design.

? Talent & Organizational Development
Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

? Employee Relations
Act as a trusted advisor, handling complex cases and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

? Performance Management
Lead performance cycles, support managers, and ensure continuous employee development.

? Change Management
Support and lead transformation initiatives while promoting adaptability and engagement.

? HR Analytics & Insights
Leverage HR data to drive decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 4+ years of HR experience (HRBP / Generalist roles)
✔️ Strong background in business partnering, talent management & employee relations
✔️ Experience in oil & gas/energy / related sectors is a plus
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
✔️ Solid understanding of labor laws & HR best practices
