Job Summary

The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities within Technobit Manufacturing. This role ensures that products meet internal standards and customer expectations while complying with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead and supervise the QC team, providing training and performance management.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QC Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
• Experience with quality inspection tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software.
