Job Purpose
The Category Senior Supervisor / Manager will play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap, optimizing partner integration workflows, leading cross-functional collaboration, and scaling CVM capabilities to enhance customer lifetime value.

1. Category GMV & Growth\: Drive topline revenue within assigned product segments.
2. Vendor Contribution & Partnerships\: Maximize partner participation in promos and funding.
3. Customer Engagement & Retention\: Improve repeat rate and engagement through campaigns.
4. Assortment & Stock Health\: Maintain curated, high-performing assortment and availability.
5. Operational Accuracy\: Ensure pricing, returns, and fulfillment run smoothly.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Merchant Integration & Strategic Partner Management
• Lead end-to-end merchant integration for food and grocery verticals, ensuring seamless technical and operational execution.
• Develop standardized integration playbooks and drive automation to scale merchant onboarding.
• Manage senior merchant relationships, negotiate SLAs, and build long-term win-win collaboration models.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams to align partner objectives with business outcomes.
2. Product Leadership & CVM Ownership
• Own the product roadmap for merchant integrations and CVM, aligned with growth and engagement targets.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, and business requirements into clear product features and initiatives.
• Oversee segmentation strategies, lifecycle campaigns, retention mechanisms, and CVM-led monetization programs.
• Evaluate impact of CVM strategies using data science inputs and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohorts).
3. Growth Marketing & Customer Engagement
• Collaborate with Marketing to design multi-channel promotional campaigns and customer communication journeys.
• Guide the use of MarTech tools to execute personalized offers, push notifications, and reactivation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance across touchpoints (app, social media, email) and iterate for continuous optimization.
• Lead social media engagement strategy related to new merchant launches, feature rollouts, and seasonal offers.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Strategic Insights
• Define and monitor KPIs for merchant integration efficiency, CVM performance, and customer engagement.
• Lead regular reporting cadence with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Use dashboards and data visualization to communicate progress, gaps, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
