German & French Call Center Agent with experience in GDS systems to join our team.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing flight bookings, and providing high-quality support to clients in both German and French languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications
  • Use GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus) for ticketing and reservations
