  • Provide information about mall services, stores, events, and promotions.
  • Receives E-Mails & incoming calls from customers and responds to their inquiries and needs in a clear and professional manner.
  • Record visitor feedback or complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist in mall announcements and paging services.
  • Greet mall visitors and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provides assistance and guidance to customers regarding the services offered by the company (Maintenance – Cleaning – Security).
  • Records and documents customer information and the issues they encounter in the company's approved system.
  • Analyzes problems and complaints and works to provide effective and satisfactory solutions for customers.
  • Coordinates with relevant departments to resolve outstanding issues and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Coordinates customer requests with the facility's operations departments, serving as the link between customers and the company (tax invoices – discount notices – memos).
  • Coordinates with the Security Department regarding the following: (violations – work permits – exit permits – parking subscriptions).
  • Coordinates and follows up with the Collections Department regarding outstanding maintenance variance arrears.
  • Assists and provides guidance to customers regarding maintenance procedures and other facility management services within the establishment.
  • Prepares and submits periodic reports to the direct supervisor regarding inquiries, complaints, and suggestions for improving the services provided to customers.
  • Complies with and adheres to customer service standards, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Logs customer requests in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM & AX).
  • Participates in promoting building services to potential and internal customers.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the reception area at all times and ensures no items are missing (papers / pens / paper clips), etc.
  • Handle lost and found inquiries and procedures.
  • Support administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, and filing.
  • Monitor customer service kiosks, suggestion boxes, and feedback forms.
