A motivated and detail‑oriented HSE Advisor to join our team and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety, and Environmental system
:Job Responsibilities
:HSE Management System
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System in line with ISO 45001 requirements and identify corrective actions and areas for improvement., including all related documents, procedures, and reporting tools
:Project HSE Planning
- Prepare/update comprehensive HSE Plans, Method of Statements (MoS), Risk Assessments, and project-specific HSE documentation in compliance with Company HSE Manual and client's requirements
:Risk Assessment Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams to support the preparation and review of job-specific risk assessments, ensuring all hazards are properly evaluated and controlled.
:Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates related to occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements, ensuring timely implementation within company policies.
:Staff Competency Oversight
:Verify and track staff competence, including
- Training certifications
- Medical clearances
- Licenses
- Role-specific qualifications
:Asset & Equipment Compliance
- Ensure the safety compliance and validity of equipment, tools, scaffolding, and PPE according to HSE plan
:Site Supervision & Support
- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to site HSE Officers through regular visits, inspections, and performance reviews
:Job Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in HSE roles, ideally within the construction/Fit-out sector.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in fast‑track construction projects is a strong advantage.
- Language /Computer Skills: Solid command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Good in English (Understanding/Writing)
