Role Description The Address Investments is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The selected individual will oversee sales operations, manage and motivate a sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain relationships with clients and developers. Additional responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing strategic guidance to optimize sales outcomes.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of Real Estate principles, Real Property, and market trends Proven experience in Sales and providing excellent Customer Service Proficiency in team leadership, setting goals, and managing sales strategies Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to monitor team performance and foster a collaborative work environment Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance software is a plus
