Rapid Growth Trend (RGT) This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Marketing Specialistwith strong experience in targeting decision-makers inside U. S. medical practices and clinics We are not looking for generic marketing. We need someone who knows how to identify and reach the right people — such as:
* Practice Owners* Clinic Administrators* Office Managers* COOs* CFOs* Revenue Cycle leaders
This role is for someone who is strong in:
* Linked In outreach* lead generation* contact research* list building* CRM follow-up* email outreach* finding real opportunities, not just collecting names
At **RGT**, we help healthcare practices improve operations, reduce staff overload, strengthen collections, and support billing, admin, prior auth, and front-office workflows.
We want someone who understands how to:
* find the right clinics* identify trigger events like hiring, expansion, staffing pressure, or operational strain* reach the real decision-makers* start conversations that turn into qualified meetings
Ideal candidate:
* strong in B2B sales and outreach* excellent at targeting and prospecting* understands how to use Linked In and other tools strategically* can write clear, professional, persuasive messages* preferably has experience in healthcare, medical billing, RCM, or clinic-facing services
