Job Overview QHSSE Platform is currently seeking a Freelance First Aid, CPR & AED Instructor to support the delivery of a professional training program for one of our clients in Egypt. The ideal candidate must be a qualified trainer with valid certifications and proven ability to deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions in English. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong instructor presence, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in First Aid and emergency response training. Key Responsibilities Deliver First Aid, CPR, and AED training sessions in a professional and interactive manner Ensure all training content is delivered in line with recognized training standards and best practices Facilitate learner participation and maintain an engaging classroom environment Assess participant understanding and practical performance during training Support the successful execution of the training program in line with client expectations Represent QHSSE Platform professionally during all training-related activities Submit any required attendance records, feedback forms, or training documentation if requested Mandatory Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements:Valid First Aid Certification from a recognized provider Valid CPR & AED Certification Valid First Aid/CPR Instructor Certification (Trainer Level is mandatory – participant/attendance certification alone will not be accepted) Ability to deliver the full training fluently in English Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Professional appearance and ability to interact confidently with corporate participants Preferred Qualifications The following will be considered an advantage:Previous experience delivering First Aid / CPR / AED training Experience delivering training to corporate clients or organizations Previous experience in emergency response, health & safety, or medical-related training Experience delivering training fully in English ALS / advanced emergency care related exposure is a plus Work Arrangement Freelance / Project-Based On-site delivery Training assignments will be based on project requirements and client scheduling
