Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Advisor – Sales (English) at our Cairo location. The advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries via telephone. Duties include addressing customer needs, promoting products or services, maintaining professional communication, and achieving sales targets through outstanding service delivery.
Qualificationsvery good skills in Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach Fluency in English Ability to work flexible hours when required
