Job Title: Finishing Manager Location: Benghazi
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager with 15+ years in large-scale building construction, responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion. Oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale construction projects (public buildings) from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Strong knowledge of construction materials, design processes, Firefighting, Finishing, building codes, and technical specifications. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Revit, Auto CAD). Define project scope, goals, schedules, budgets, and resource plans with clear risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones and performance standards are met. Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables. . Optimize operational efficiency, resource allocation, and overall project performance including oversight of QC/QA, safety compliance, and budget control.
Essential Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in design and/or construction projects. Strong proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and BIM workflows. Proven ability in RFIs, material submittals, BOQs, shop drawing reviews, and take-offs. Experience in documentation control and data submission systems. Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams (MEP, Structural, ID).
