Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will actively manage client relationships, provide expert advice on real estate opportunities, and assist clients in identifying properties that meet their needs. Responsibilities include facilitating property transactions, generating leads through various channels, maintaining accurate property listings, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their property journey. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills Understanding of local real estate markets and trends, particularly in Cairo and surrounding areas Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage Previous experience in property consultation is highly beneficial Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms is a plus
