Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will play a key part in guiding clients through their property journey, including assisting buyers, sellers, and investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, identifying customer needs, showcasing properties, and addressing client inquiries. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Proficient in Consulting, offering informed advice to clients about market trends and property investments Strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and build rapport with clients Customer Service orientation, with an emphasis on creating a positive experience for clients Proven expertise in Sales and Real Estate, including experience in meeting sales goals and knowledge of property markets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide tailored solutions to clients Prior experience as a property consultant or similar role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic is essential Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset
